There are a lot of real estate agents in the Denver area. I never take it lightly when you choose me. You are asking me to help with a decision that touches your finances, your routines, your future and often the people closest to you. That trust means more than a transaction ever could.

Thank you for making me your first choice and the person you recommend to those you care about. Knowing that you feel comfortable bringing me into a real conversation about home is a privilege I want to keep earning.

A referral is a little piece of your reputation

When you pass along my name, you are doing more than sending business my way. You are telling a friend, a family member, a neighbor or a coworker that you trust me to take care of them. I understand that your own reputation is attached to that introduction.

Thank you for every introduction, every recommendation and every time you have said, “You should talk to Dane.” My goal is to make the person you refer feel heard, informed and cared for—and to make you glad you connected us.

The relationship is what stays with me

Real estate has important milestones: an offer, an agreement, a closing and a new set of keys. But those milestones are part of a much bigger life. A home can create room for a growing household, a different pace, a new opportunity or a fresh start. Sometimes the move is exciting; sometimes it is complicated. Often it is both.

You do not need to be planning a transaction to reach out.

Grateful to call Colorado home

Being born and raised in Littleton gives this work a special meaning for me. These communities are part of my own story. My wife, our three boys and the life we share here remind me why home matters in ways no spreadsheet can measure.

I love the adventures Colorado makes possible, but I also value the ordinary days: the familiar places, the people who show up for each other and the sense of belonging we build over time. Helping others find their place here is work I am thankful to do.
