DENVER REAL ESTATE | COLORADO LIFESTYLESWhen you introduce a client to me, you’re putting your own reputation behind that introduction. I’ll be their point of contact in Colorado, and I’ll keep you in the conversation from our first call through closing.

I lead the strategy, negotiations and communication. My support team helps coordinate the details. You and your client can reach me directly when a decision needs attention.
I’ll confirm when we connect, share the plan we’ve agreed on with your client, and update you at key milestones, including going under contract and closing.
I grew up in Littleton and have worked in Denver-area real estate since 2004. Tell me what your client’s week looks like, and I’ll help them narrow a broad Colorado search to places worth visiting.
We start with their commute, monthly budget and timing. Before they book a flight, we can compare neighborhoods, walk through homes on a video call, and flag address-specific questions about community costs or winter access. When they visit, their tour has a purpose.

We’ll make a plan for access, preparation and professional listing media, then review comparable sales and pricing together. I’ll report on showings and offers so the seller can make decisions from wherever they are.

Sales figures are derived from Dane Rickard’s Agent Production & Inventory Report, generated October 14, 2026, for January 1, 2008–October 14, 2026. The supplemental co-list/co-purchase history was completed using UPDATEDSALES2.pdf and UPDATEDSALES3.pdf on October 14, 2026, superseding the earlier partial single-line reports. Listing IDs were matched across the supplied reports to prevent double-counting. Only recorded closed transactions are included; active and pending inventory are excluded. Full transaction prices are used for sales volume, including transactions with shared representation; this is not commission income. All 503 recorded transactions include closing dates and are included in the year filters and annual chart. Figures reflect the supplied reports, not necessarily all career sales. The 100.51% figure applies only to the original production report’s 399 closed transactions, not the expanded collection. The supplemental reports do not contain the list-price comparisons needed to recalculate it. This figure remains unchanged by filters. One closed record has no city listed. Historical results do not guarantee future results. Community locations: U.S. Census Gazetteer, with approximate centers for unincorporated communities. Basemap © OpenStreetMap contributors.
