Explore my local perspective ↓I didn’t just learn this market.
I grew up with it.
I was born and raised in Littleton, Colorado. For more than 40 years, I’ve been living in, exploring, watching, and experiencing the Denver area—not just as a real estate professional, but as someone whose own life is rooted here.
I’ve spent that time getting to know neighborhoods through two lenses: the homes and real estate decisions within them, and the everyday lifestyles that make each place feel different. I’ve watched communities evolve, followed the market, and explored what it means to actually live here.
That history gives me a personal connection to the places we’ll talk about. It means I can help you look beyond a listing and ask the questions that make a location right for your life.
“These communities feel like my own backyard—because, frankly, they are.”

The map tells you where.
Local perspective helps you see how.
My connection to Colorado extends beyond property lines. Golf, snowboarding, boating, dirt biking, and time spent exploring are part of my own life. So are the local businesses and neighborhoods that give a community its character.
When we talk about your next home, I want to understand the life you want around it: your routines, your interests, and the places you want to spend your time.
For sellers, that same perspective helps me tell the fuller story of a home—connecting its features with the Colorado lifestyle a buyer can imagine living.
Let’s look beyond
the address.
Choose a perspective to explore the conversations I bring to a home search or selling strategy.
A place that fits your actual day.
The right home should make sense on an ordinary Tuesday, as well as on the day you first see it. We’ll connect your priorities with the practical questions behind a location.
- What does your daily travel look like?
- Which local destinations matter most to you?
- How do the street, lot, and surroundings feel in person?
Room for the way you love to live.
Colorado means something different to everyone. I bring my own experience exploring it to a conversation centered on what you enjoy and how you want to spend your time.
- Are your weekends about trails, golf, water, snow, or city life?
- What access matters most—and what trade-offs work for you?
- Do you need usable outdoor space or room for recreational gear?
Seeing how a home works in its setting.
Square footage is only part of the picture. We’ll look at how the property and its location work together, then identify the details that need closer investigation.
- How usable are the lot, driveway, and outdoor spaces?
- What should we investigate about seasonal access and upkeep?
- Which features support your plans, now and over time?
Show buyers the life beyond the front door.
Knowing a community helps me connect a home’s features to a compelling story. That perspective works alongside market research and professional media to shape how we present your property.
- What do you love most about living here?
- Which local experiences help explain the home’s appeal?
- How can our marketing make those advantages tangible?
A conversation grounded in your priorities, with property-specific details checked as we go.
Local roots are one part of the story. More than 20 years in real estate bring professional experience to that personal perspective.
